I decided to go with Unreal Engine 5.6.1. Which already had a built in racing template which could be built upon. I have also chosen Unreal Engine as I am more familiar with it. Unreal Engine has also become one of the largest known game engines and has a good reputation compered to the newer engines or those with a bad reputation.
