I used Earth Studio to get a 3D scan of the area. Thanks to ThatJoshGuy for finding it. This gave me a solid start on the world and scale. Though the textures and topology isn’t great so I will be redoing the world.

After that I decided to edit out the roads and hide them this is because this gives me the road layout so I can start to make my own. This is because the textures aren’t that great.

I then created a rough version of what the road shape is and the islands to give the look I am going for. However, this needs to tiding up

After some tiding I then planned where I wanted to add the camera. This is a important part of presenting because it is not nicely presented the studio may not like it.

Creating the brick wall lead me to get experimental and see what modifiers blender has to offer

So this alright but I can do much better. I do think the method was good however, it didn’t help with rotations and stuff making the scene look very of. I shall we start but make it better. But will be using the same methods.

So this is the more refined version so far there is still little issues with it and that it doesn’t look like the bus stop I had in plan this is because of the following faults
But despite this the selling point is still there and due to my poor time management I have had to stick with this. For now until I have caught up with myself.

I found out that the bricks on my house are
8.5 inch width
2.5 inch height
4.5 inch length
I then converted that into meters which gave me:
0.216 meters width
0.0635 meters height
0.114 meters length

Remembering that legal requirements in how big a bus stop is, but planning guidelines recommend a minimum of 1.5m x 4.0m for cantilever style bus stops and 2.0m x 4.0m for enclosed bus stops I decided to make sure it will fit within that range.

This is the measurements so far however, the wall looks too perfect it’s all straight without any differences which destroys the look of realism. But adding it still makes it look organised which sucks. Now we got the bricks we can now add a pillar on each side and bool it this is because there are no point bricks coming out of walls and they are flat. I then duplicated it and assured that it had 4 walls then is because most buildings have 4.

Now it is time to do the outside version of it this is adding the windows and doors ectara before we make a start on the inside.

Just used bools in order to get the holes add the frames inside and inside them I added a plane which I plan on making glass. I also added a floor which is again just a plane.

My attempt at shading before my friend got me blenderkit then I just spammed materials cause at this point I lost motivation to the project.

Bus stop is now done.

I dumped it into the original scene to see how it would look with some low res trees and rocks because it struggled to load the entire thing. When real trees and rocks and houses was included.

This is with it being rendered not bad but I could have done a lot better if I didn’t keep wanting to redo it again and again and not having the right area to start in overall been a good learning experience.

Stand alone bus stop but looks super strange as some of the meshes broke during rendering.
